The Pro-active Leadership workshop is designed for business managers to assist in evaluating and refining the way they assess, respond to and manage business environment, strategic opportunities; operational complexities and engage more of their team’s talent for improved execution.

*Mr. Nabendu Gupta B.Sc (Hons), PGDM (IIMC), Executive Director, co-founded NR Performance Edge Consultants Pvt. Ltd in 2005. He works in the area of Leadership Development and Effective Execution.

Nabendu Gupta has 28 years of corporate experience in India and overseas, after his Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Calcutta. He has worked in Sales, Marketing and General Management with the Tatas, Unilever and Reckitt & Colman, where he was General Manager, Delhi. He has subsequently worked as Vice President (Marketing) Reliance Telecom, Senior Vice President (Consumer Products), Pidilite Industries & Chief Executive, Business Standard Ltd. He has attended Leadership and Advanced Management Development Programs in the US/UK and Singapore.

**Mr. Rahul Sarin, B.Sc (Hons), MMS, Executive Director, NR Performance Edge, works in the area of Change Management, Team Effectiveness and Organization Capacity Building.

Rahul Sarin is masters in Management Studies from University of Bombay with 16 years Corporate experience in Sales, Marketing and General Management with Unilever group in India and Overseas. He has worked closely with leading global training organizations to deliver Change and Team Effectiveness. He has also extensively used Experiential Training Methodology to drive Change and Team Performance in organizations.

  Fees and Registration:
Two Days Workshops - The fee which covers lunch & tea/coffee on both the days and reading material, is Rs 12,500/- plus service tax @10% Plus education cess @3% = Rs. 13,788/- per participant. For the organizations sending three and more delegates the fee is Rs. 11,500/- plus service tax @10% Plus education cess @3% = Rs. 12,685/- per participant.
