There are number of Labour Laws applicable to run a business organization. Each organization therefore needs to know about them , so that they can be complied with.

In modern times all corporate organizations therefore make every effort to ensure that all labour laws as applicable to their kind of organization where are complied with. Formerly Sr. VP – HR Bata India Ltd., he has also worked as Vice President HR - Shaw Wallace & Co., GM HR - Britannia Industries Limited and Personnel Manager in British Oxygen (Formerly Indian Oxygen). He has handled complex HR and IR challenges in all four regions across India.
