Course Description
The Leadership journey starts with setting a clear direction; gaining commitment and aligning people; and finally ensuring passion driven execution. The "High Performance Leadership" workshop takes a holistic approach to help participants to enhance their ability to lead and build their leadership skills.
The workshop on "High Performance Leadership" will help Participants to reflect and answer:

  • At those moments, how do I lead?
  • What are my leadership strengths and development areas?
  • How does my personality and operating style affect my leadership effectiveness?
  • How do leaders motivate and influence others?

TheHigh Performance Leadershipworkshop is designed for mid to senior-level decision-makers in all functions, from manufacturing and service sector organizations, for whom leadership skills are critical.

* Mr. Nabendu Gupta, B.Sc (Hons), PGDM (IIMC),Executive Director, co-founded NR Performance Edge Consultants Pvt. Ltd in 2005 with a view to transform the manner in which Management Development Programs are conducted in India. He has put into practice years of experience with leading global organizations to design and deliver high impact workshops. He works in the area of Leadership Development and Executive Coaching. In the past 11 years he has conducted more than 250 Open Public Programs in the Top 6 Metros with participants from more than 325 leading organizations plus another 230 in-company workshops. Nabendu's assignments includes Leadership Development with the No1 Indian Corporate in the areas of Banking, Software, Commercial Vehicles, Media, Tyres, Telecom, Consumer Durables as well many other leading Corporates, both Indian and MNCs.

Nabendu Gupta has 28 years of corporate experience in India and overseas (prior to launching Performance EDGE) after his Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Calcutta. He has worked in Sales, Marketing and General Management with the Tatas( Product Executive) , Unilever ( Area Sales Manager, Product Manager, Senior Product Manager and Branch Manager ) and Reckitt & Colman, where he was General Manager, Delhi. He has subsequently worked as Vice President (Marketing) Reliance Telecom, Senior Vice President (Consumer Products), Pidilite Industries & Chief Executive, Business Standard Ltd. He has attended several Leadership and Advanced Management Development Programs in the US/UK and Singapore. He has a Certificate in Executive Coaching from the Indian School of Business , Hyderabad and is a practicing Executive Coach.


** Mr. Rahul Sarin, Executive Director, co-founded NR Performance Edge Consultants Pvt. Ltd in 2005.He works in the area of Organization Change Management, Team Effectiveness and Capacity Building.

He is a Master in Management Studies with over 16 years corporate experience in Sales, Marketing and General Management with the Unilever group in India and Overseas. He was overseas in his last assignment with Unilever.

Rahul Sarin has been associated for over 12 years in designing and delivering customized learning interventions in India and Overseas. He has worked closely with leading global training organizations and extensively used Experiential Methodology to deliver learning and drive development initiatives across geographies and cultures.

Rahul has been extensively involved in design and delivery of customized competency based management development programs for leading domestic and multinational corporates. He has worked closely with learning and development team of many leading corporates to deliver series of customized interventions for their leadership & management levels and this includes organizations from sectors as diverse as Automobile, Apparels, Aviation, Banking, Chemicals, Consulting, Construction, Credit Rating, Engineering, Financial Services, Infrastructure, IT, ITES, Life-sciences, Logistic, Machinery, Media, Metals, Packaging, Pharmaceutical, Power, Trading, Telecom, Utility Services, White Goods etc., sectors.
