Mr. Rahul Goswami, B.Com. (Hons), PGDM (IIMC) Mr. Rahul Goswami, B.Com. (Hons), PGDM (IIMC) has four decades of intensely rich industrial experience, on a significant international and multi-functional scale. After an initial two and half years with the Power Engineering Leader, BHEL, he spent over twenty eight years with then Generic Pharmaceutical leader, Ranbaxy, both overseas and in India.

His assignments, with global leadership and developmental responsibilities, included Business and Corporate Finance, Information Technology (CIO), Strategic Sourcing & Alliances and Strategic Planning.

He had been a key change leader in several Organization Development initiatives during the journey of internationalization and evolving industry leadership. He has been a visitor and speaker at leading Management Institutes and continues to be a thought and knowledge partner at business, industrial and management forums in India and overseas.

He has established his independent consulting practice, StratVi Consulting, based at Gurgaon, just south of New Delhi. The practice focus is on supporting organizations to address aspects of strategic transition from one performance orbit to another - in shape, size, intent and direction, development of execution and performance plans for enabling strategy adoption and execution, and building of the organization and its leadership talent in alignment with strategic needs and direction. He continues to associate as a Knowledge Partner with like-minded organizations.

He is a certified Executive Coach, and enjoys facilitating entrepreneurs and top level functionaries enhance their personal performance. His recent assignments, apart from pharmaceuticals, have been in diverse sectors including food and retail, steel, machinery manufacturing, automotive components, lifestyle, education, ITES & other service organizations. The types of organizations covered include transnational's, niche national and sector leaders.

He is a strong proponent of sustainability and value based social and civic behaviours, and seeks to incorporate these approaches in his work delivery as well.

He enjoys travel, natural habitats, reading and music.
