For a successful business leader and business manager, the ability to communicate well is a "must have" attribute to get ahead in today's competitive business world. A lot of business managers get exposure to the techniques that are prescribed for improving their communication skills, but use of the techniques alone do not raise the level of communication competency above a certain level. Achieving success is what matters in today's result oriented business scenario. So what is missing? In order to use these communication techniques to transform thoughts and ideas into action, you need to be aware of another dimension in business communication - referred by modern communication thought leaders as CQ or Communications Quotient. It is the missing link between IQ (Intelligence Quotient) and EQ (Emotional Quotient), that helps by adding a critical dimension to the manager's repertoire of communication skills, through understanding and application of the entire communication process. An improved Communication Quotient improves the ability of your communication recipients to assimilate your communication more efficiently and your business communication becomes all the more effective. At this workshop, we not only teach and make you practice the techniques, but also make you aware of how to leverage CQ to help influence an audience and are critical to the decision-making process. Mr. Ashim Ghosh comes with about three decades of multi-faceted experience in the IT consulting industry across Europe, USA and India. His consulting career with Cap Gemini and International Computers, based at London for over a decade, gave him tremendous depth and international exposure to the best of current world class practices and standards. In India, he has worked in senior roles ranging from Director, VP, and Consultant to CEO & MD with leading India based organizations including TCG, Kirloskars and Infosys Technologies among others. Ashim's varied roles and geographies throughout his career, has provided the exposure to develop immense breadth in management of people and companies through projects, consulting and training. Ashim invests his multi-faceted experience to advise various organizations to build Skills and Competencies specific to people & processes. He is an engineering graduate from IIT Kharagpur, a PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad and a MSc. in Business Systems from the CASS Business School, London. Ashim is accredited for administering the Myers Briggs Type Indicator® and is a qualified Lead Assessor for TickIT. |

In our workshop, we maximize knowledge assimilation in the participants through combination of execution elements like case discussions, exercises, simulated games and activities, video led sessions and discussions on global best practices. At the end of each workshop we facilitate the participants to distill Key Learning and prepare Action Plans to deliver solid business results for our clients. |
