  Why This Workshop?
Do you feel that you have too much to do? Do you feel that you are racing against time? Do you feel that you are on the treadmill?

Delegation - a simple term - yet very difficult to action.

The reluctance to delegate is based on fear and rigid beliefs of what it means to be efficient, or what it means to lead. Often managers feel it can be quicker to do a task themselves; others feel they don't have the time to train people to the same standard.

However, when done well, delegation can develop talent for the organization, greatly improve level of confidence and independence in a team, save the line manager time and improve performance levels across the board.

In this workshop, managers will gain insights and practical techniques that will assist them in mastering the skill of effective delegation.
