What the Workshop Covers
The interactive methodology, which underlies the design of this program, focuses on providing a number of opportunities to practice effective presentation skills during the workshop. The video replays of the presentations made will allow one to see oneself in action and more importantly, provide online feedback on the road to becoming a better presenter.
Workshop Requirements
This workshop assumes that participants have delivered presentations before and the purpose of attending this workshop is to improve their current level of presentation skills. Participants will need to prepare presentations & hence a portable computer with MS PowerPoint is recommended for each participant.

Ashim Ghosh is an Engineer (IIT – KGP),  PGDM (IIMA) and a MSc. (Systems – City University, London) and currently engaged in corporate training and consulting.

In the last 5 years, Ashim has conducted a number of public and customized in-house workshops in India for the middle & senior management of more than 100 leading organizations  in the automobile, banking, consulting, manufacturing, telecom, retail & IT/ITEs sectors.

He also comes with the experience of  conducting  a range of public & in house workshops in the U.K. & in the US, during his consulting stint with Cap Gemini, UK.

While developing & conducting workshops, Ashim draws on his rich corporate experience of 29 years  in senior roles as Consultant, VP, Advisor , and MD & CEO of global organizations. His corporate  roles at  CAP Gemini UK, Infosys, United Airlines IT and SkyTech Solutions has given him a wide exposure to IT Governance, project management, bid management and in depth knowledge of verticals like retail, logistics & transportation, manufacturing, energy and general management.

Ashim is a certified lead assessor for ISO 9001 and an accredited MBTI© (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) counselor.


In our workshop, we maximize knowledge assimilation in the participants through combination of execution elements like case discussions, exercises, simulated games and activities, video led sessions and discussions on global best practices. At the end of each workshop we facilitate the participants to distill Key Learning and prepare Action Plans to deliver solid business results for our clients.
