(Tom Kelly in "The Ten Faces of Innovation")

In this 2-day workshop, you will be introduced to the processes and tools of corporate innovation through tried and tested applications. You will be guided to apply these processes and tools by identifying important customer needs, crystallizing value propositions and executing on your vision by setting up champions, teams and organizational alignment.
