Introduction
It is increasingly becoming necessary to engage Contract Labour through Contractor in both Public and Private Sector undertakings for various jobs as permitted by the statute. It has also been observed that many employers are outsourcing the job which were done in the past by staff function departments.
The purpose of this workshop is to provide inputs to participants to help them to manage the contractors and labours both legally and effectively and strategic management of outsourcing operations.

Mr.Sujit Sen, B.Sc., L.L.B, PGD (Hons) PM & IR (XLRI) Consultant (HR and IR).
Total experience over 38 years. Formerly Sr. VP-HR Bata India Ltd., also worked as Vice President HR - Shaw Wallace & Co., GM HR - Britannia Industries Limited and Branch Manager in British Oxygen Limited (IOL). Former Vice Chairman IRM and Productivity Committee, B.C.C.I. Former member and Faculty - Advisory Board ICFAIAN Business School and IISWBM & AIMS respectively. He has handled complex HR & IR challenges in all Four Regions across India and is a recipient of Life Time Achievement Award in India for his contribution in HR/IR areas by Genius Management Consultants in collaboration with Times of India. He also chaired session on HR and IR at the HR CONCLAVE held at Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi.
Methodology
In our workshop, we maximize knowledge assimilation in the participants through combination of execution elements like case discussions, exercises, simulated games and activities, video led sessions and discussions on global best practices. At the end of each workshop we facilitate the participants to distill Key Learning and draw up Action Plans for implementation at work.
